How can I get a refund?

Not to worry! If you wish to cancel your order, we will offer you a hassle-free refund, if you cancelled your order any time before it is dispatched

We will notify you of your refund via email and the relevant refund will be credited to your selected payment medium within 3 days of your cancellation.*

*Depending on your payment method, any refund which we process via the Credit Card Internet Payment Gateway can take up to 2 weeks to be processed and appear on your bank card statement. 

How can I return an item?

As the purchaser, you are responsible for physical verification of the products delivered prior to accepting delivery. You will not be permitted to reject or return item(s) included within your order if delivery of the item(s) has been accepted. 

At the time of delivery, you are entitled to reject any items or part of any items at the time of delivery, if:
-Quantities / products do not correspond to order
-If packaging/labeling is damaged

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, please note that packaging of the item(s) needs to be unopened to accept any return.
