How can I get a refund? Not to worry! If you wish to cancel your order, we will offer you a hassle-free refund, if you cancelled your order any time before it is dispatched.

We will notify you of your refund via email and the relevant refund will be credited to your selected payment medium within 3 days of your cancellation.*

*Depending on your payment method, any refund which we process via the Credit Card Internet Payment Gateway can take up to 2 weeks to be processed and appear on your bank card statement.
